YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
Fast & Free respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our beta website, why we use it and the choices you have.
Who is responsible for your information?
Fast & Free is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at fastandfreeapp@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you join the beta, we collect your first name, email address, device type, consent record and whether you would be willing to consider signing a non-disclosure agreement. You may also choose to provide your age range, mobile number and a short message about what you hope the app will help you with.
Please do not include medical information or other highly sensitive personal details in the message box.
Why we use it
- To manage beta applications and invitations.
- To contact testers about access, testing and feedback.
- To understand which devices and features testers need.
- To improve Fast & Free before launch.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent for beta emails and, separately, for text or WhatsApp contact. Providing a mobile number and mobile-contact permission is optional. You can withdraw either permission at any time by emailing us.
Who receives your information?
We do not sell your information. It may be processed by trusted service providers that securely host and operate the website and database. We only allow processing needed to provide the beta service and protect the site.
International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we expect appropriate legal safeguards to protect it. Contact us if you would like more information about those safeguards.
How long we keep it
We plan to keep beta records while testing is active and for up to 12 months after the last beta communication, unless you ask us to delete your information sooner or we need to retain a limited record to respect an opt-out.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, transfer it, or stop using it. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful use.
To make a request, email fastandfreeapp@gmail.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and automated decisions
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not make automated decisions about beta applicants that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the beta and app develop. The latest version and its update date will always appear on this page.
